This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance.

Sportive Breaks are the UK's leading cycling tour operator and part of the Destination Sport Group. Sportive Breaks provides fully supported and self-guided cycling breaks to the best cycling destinations and biggest amateur cycling events.

As a partner with the Giro d'Italia, Vuelta a Espana, Tour of Britain and many other top cycling events we also provide an extensive programme of VIP access and hospitality.


Due to an exciting year of growth we are now looking for a
Cycling Operations Administrator to manage our domestic & international cycling operations.

This role involves effective collaboration with Cycling Product Managers to successfully run & deliver our extensive portfolio of cycling trips each year.


This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;

  • Collect, analyse & process customer event related data and use this to create operational plans
  • Process customer entry information within various event organisers platforms
  • Work with third party suppliers & operational staff to ensure they have the correct information to execute operations plans successfully
  • Prepare event related customer literature & documentation
  • Assist the customer service team with both pre and postsale enquires and bespoke requests
  • Assist with processing and tracking of third party invoices through to payment with our internal finance team
  • Assist our product loading team by providing accurate information to allow the team to get product on sale
  • Occasional contracting
  • Assist with updating our various websites
  • Assist with both domestic and international on the ground operations (occasional weekends)
  • Provide timely & accurate reports on status of event operations
