Structural BIM Coordinator - Middle Eastern Mega Projects

We are working with a multidisciplinary firm based in central London, whose buildings structures team provides a supportive and collaborative environment. They are looking to enhance their team by appointing a BIM Coordinator

You will create project deliverable structural drawings and models on a diverse range of projects using the AutoDesk suite. Their project workload includes commercial, hospitality, leisure, hotels, residential, industrial and more. Experience in these sectors is vital.

About you:

• At least 7 years' experience in buildings structures sector, with at least 5 years in Revit;
• Experience of creating 2D CAD and 3D Revit models;
• Complete understanding of building components for modelling structural components to ensure integrity of the structural model;
• Good working knowledge of drawing production and experience data exchanges between CDE/BIM platforms.
