- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years' PQE.
- Experience in securitisation and/or debt finance, and/or structured finance.
- Secondment or in-house experience is preferred but not essential.
- Credit cards or master trusts experience is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Join a growing legal team and work closely with senior members.

About the role
The client is seeking for a Legal Counsel to join their small but impactful in-house legal team based in their London office.
The role will work closely with the Head of Legal and Capital Markets team to draft and review legal documentation, negotiate, and manage debt funding facilities and partner with departments and internal stakeholders to assist on new product design.
