My client , a respect privately owned Building Contractor, are looking for a Senior Site Manager to work on re cladding of high-rise new builds.

The project will involve scaffolding the street elevation and accessing the existing balconies, removing the cladding and retaining to replace and then changing the insulation and installing fire breaks.

Then putting the existing cladding back on. Fire breaks to be installed.

The Desired Senior Site Manager Must Have The Following Experience of running projects from £2 million -£6 million for respect main contractors or specialist facade construe in the UK previously.

You will be used to the live environment and dealing with both authorities and residents on the schemes and have a Strong health and safety awareness alongside Strong technical and financial acumen.

Controlling all aspects of H&S on site, your key responsibilities will include programming work schedule and monitoring building progress ensuring compliance with regulations and cost limitations.

Profile In order to be considered you must have a strong construction background and have previously worked for a quality contractor.

You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in having delivered high profile projects including recent external cladding projects.
