    Team Assistant - German Speaker

    Our client is an established Investment bank looking to hire a Team Assistant to join their London team. This is an amazing opportunity to get experience within the financial sector whilst learning from the best of the best. They are looking for a switched-on, detailed orientated Team Assistant that is eager to roll up their sleeves and willing to learn new things.

    The Role

    Meeting coordination

    Booking travel for the team

    Processing expenses

    General administrative duties: taking calls; relaying client messages accurately; processing expenses; updating team calendars and absence management system

    Printing/binding documentation and marketing material as required

    Helping with general meeting arrangements: room bookings; room set-ups; lunch set-ups

    The Team Assistant will need to be a confident and organised individual with great multi-tasking abilities. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for the next step in their career and has a keen interest in the financial industry. Fluent German is needed in this role.
