- Utilize advanced retouching techniques to enhance and perfect digital images, maintaining the intended style and aesthetic.
- Work closely with CGI artists, producers, photographers, and art directors to understand project objectives and deliver retouched images that align with creative visions.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to other team members to elevate the quality of our collective creative output.
- Conduct final quality checks to eliminate errors and ensure images are client ready.
- Propose and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and quality. Skills and Abilities
- Correct colour, exposure, and composition with precision and attention to detail.
- Compose CG and photography into one image.
- Lead and mentor junior retouching team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- 5+ years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or creative agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in image retouching and your understanding of brand building and design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software.
- Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across a large volume of images.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

As a Creative Retoucher at Marks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality and consistency of our digital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for retouching and enhancing images, collaborating with CGI artists, photographers, art directors, producers and our wider creative teams in the UK, whilst working on a diverse range of projects, contributing your expertise to deliver exceptional visual content.
