    • Content Design Developer with Headless CMS Expertise
    • Location: City of London - Part-time role
    • Initial 3-month contract

    A fantastic chance has arisen for a Content Design Developer who is well-versed in Headless CMS technologies. This role plays a crucial part in the Member Digital Platform program and product team. The project involves developing an enterprise B2C web application catering to a large user base, including top FTSE clients.

    The Content Manager will be responsible for establishing content models for assets on a multi-tenant platform, collaborating with the Development team to enhance the CMS features and provide a seamless experience for the user base. This role involves a strategic approach combined with hands-on implementation throughout the product development cycle. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to define and manage content items, implement changes on the CMS, and engage effectively with project stakeholders for approval.

    Key Requirements

    • Practical experience in utilizing and configuring headless CMS platforms
    • Examples include Contentful, Contentstack, Prismic, Acoustic, GatherContent
    • Skill in managing content across various channels and formats from a centralized location
    • Personalizing user experiences based on complex conditions
    • Systems thinking regarding content types, design systems, version control, and branching
    • Adaptability to different project/product methodologies like Agile, Kanban, or Scrum
    • Effective collaboration and communication skills for daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and deployment calls

    Additional Skills

    • Background in UX (user-centric approach, awareness of accessibility)
    • Experience in creating internal documentation and training materials
    • Proficiency in scripting, querying APIs, and generating reports
