- Act as a trusted, visible, and accessible point of contact to business leaders; providing commercial and financial decision support; challenge and insight into business profitability to drive future performance

- Responsible for ensuring complete, accurate and timely financial internal reporting, to site leadership teams, management and the customer
- Influence the business to set challenging forecasts and guide the operations and the finance team to a path for delivery
- Ensure compliance with commercial contractual requirements e.g., client reporting, GMP reconciliations, proactive management of change notes
- Responsible for payroll data, analysis and reconciliation activity including regular payments and incentives for Placemakers
- Understand the value drivers of the business to deliver on the hard financial KPIs
- Must hold an appropriate professional qualification for the role (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- FM industry or experience from service-industry and supplier management
- 5+ years of financial leadership experience from large-scale financial environments
- Experience of operating in a B2B service industry with large complex key accounts, some of which will be global.
- Experience in operating in low margin environments is of advantage. Ideally the future incumbent has already been a Finance Director
- Track record in generating profitable growth and transforming organisations as an acknowledged financial business partner
- Proven experience from driving and steering business commercial and financial performance as a financial partner in a senior leadership team
- Experience with setting directions that enables finance to deliver best-in-class analysis for decision making
