A leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team.

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Preparing documentation for new starters, including contracts and offer letters
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Ensuring all background checks are completed, including right to work, reference, DBS, and credit checks
  • General administration duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Talent Acquisition Administrator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role (desirable)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a changing workload
  • A genuine desire to learn

What's on Offer:


  • A salary of up to £22,000


  • Working hours

  • Monday to Thursday 9am5:30pm, Friday 9am5pm
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
