    Staffing Manager - Events

    £30,000

    My client is a leading event catering business who deliver events across iconic venues and stadiums. We are seeking a Staffing Manager to join their team. The Staffing Manager will be based at the one venue and will be responsible for managing the casual staff members, induction and commercially thinking about rotas, spending, uniform and staff welfare.

    What does the role entail?

    • Ensure adequate event staff are booked for each event.
    • Ensure all event staffing costs are authorised, accrued and recorded.
    • Ensure any payroll queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure all staff receive a full induction and relevant training.
    • Support the administration of the recruitment process.
    • Ensure all event staff recruited are done so in accordance with 'Right To Work' legislation and Company Policies.
    • Manage labour costs.
    • Manage staff check In during match and event days.

    Skills and Experience

    • Previous experience in a similar staffing role within large venues or environments.
    • Strong administration and organisational skills.
    • Solid communication and planning skills
    • Fantastic attention to detail
