Marlin operates a collection of Serviced Apartments, Aparthotels and Hotels across London and Dublin. We're on the lookout for an experience Night Supervisor to join our 232 bedroom Aparthotel in Waterloo. It's a busy operation that would suit a hands on leader who can develop their team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise night shift operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Manage and motivate night shift employees to achieve performance targets and meet deadline
Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes
Monitor facility security and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift
Communicate effectively with other departments and management to coordinate activities and optimise workflow
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Oversee the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms for scheduled events, ensuring all audiovisual equipment, furniture, and amenities are in place and functioning correctly.
Coordinate and supervise the setup of breakfast service according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and replenishment of items as needed.
Assist with guest inquiries and requests during the night shift, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular inspections of the breakfast area and meeting rooms to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues, taking appropriate action to address them.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the night shift.
Train and supervise team members responsible for breakfast setup and meeting room preparation, providing guidance and support as needed.
