Channel Ship Services Limited (CSS Limited) is currently seeking a highly skilled Geophysicist with experience using DUG software to join our team.

As a Geophysicist with DUG experience, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geophysical data to support offshore projects.

You will work closely with the project team and clients to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your analysis.

ResponsibilitiesProcessing and analyzing geophysical data using DUG softwareInterpreting seismic and other geophysical data to identify subsurface structures and featuresConducting detailed geological and geophysical studies to generate accurate modelsPerforming velocity modeling, depth imaging, and seismic inversionCollaborating with the project team to develop geophysical workflows and methodologiesProviding technical expertise and support to clients and stakeholdersPreparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsKeeping up-to-date with advancements in geophysical software and techniquesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Geophysicist, preferably with DUG software experienceStrong knowledge of geophysical principles and methodsExperience in processing and analyzing geophysical data using DUG softwareProficiency in seismic interpretation and subsurface modelingExperience with velocity modeling, depth imaging, and seismic inversionAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and presentation skillsWillingness to work on a rotational schedule and travel to offshore locations as requiredValid offshore medical and survival certificationsAdditional certifications or qualifications in geophysics are a plus
