About the Opportunity


This is an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity for an individual looking to make a real difference to the lives of staff and communities across Wales.

As an Admin Assistant, you will provide assistance and support to the Senior Administration Officer and wider team in Wales top not-for-profit organisation, as voted by our staff in the 'Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For' list.

What will you be doing?


You will be part of the administration function and provide assistance and support to the Senior Administration Officer and wider team.

You will enable the delivery of services to customers by providing effective administrative support to all departments within the Group.

You must be able to provide an excellent administration service to both internal and external customers. It is essential that you have excellent administrative, communication and IT skills including using Word, Excel and Publisher packages.

Who are we looking for?


To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion and interest in what we do as an organisation.

You will be working in a small, busy team so an ability to get on with colleagues and work effectively as part of a team is very important.

However, there will be times when you will be working alone and therefore you must be capable of organising your workload and making decisions.

You must also be a good communicator and provide a high quality, friendly customer-orientated reception service.

Reception duties also form part of this role and therefore you should able to provide good customer service when dealing with the general public face to face.

You should be flexible, enthusiastic, and be willing to provide cover and support for colleagues.
