Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, design focused architectural practise based in Leeds, who are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their tight-knit team. Their spike in recruitment stems from both a healthy pipeline of business and extensive growth plans for the near future.

Our client is built up from multiple talented Architects, Technologists and Engineers, who assist with all aspects of a project ranging from initial meetings to the handing over of a finished project. The successful Architectural Technologist, will work closely alongside senior members of the team assisting with all technical aspects of a projects within a variety of sectors. Their portfolio varies form Residential to Commercial and Industrial projects as well, including both new builds and refurbishments.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Assisting with day-to-day delivery of projects, working in collaboration with the architectural team.
• Working through all RIBA works stages across all sectors.
• Assisting with the production of working drawings, schedules, specifications and building regulations information.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and building control.
• Work on a range of developments within the Residential, Commercial and Industrial
• Work with Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis
• Work independently as well as in a team
• Create building regulation drawings and technical detailing
• Work closely with clients and contactors

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• 3+ years post qualification experience
• Proficiency working with either Revit or AutoCAD
• A vast portfolio is preferred
• Experience working across all RIBA stages
• BSc Hons, HNC or Equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
• An understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations
• Live in a commutable distance of Leeds
• High technical detailing abilities
