Contracts Manager - Yorkshire - Building

We are working with one of the regions best known SME construction contractors who are looking to a add a Contracts Manager to their Senior Management Team.

The Role

To take full project responsibility for the delivery of projects, reporting to the Construction Director
Take responsibility for the programme including design, procurement, construction, and handover to ensure delivery on time.
Client Liaison throughout the tender and delivery phases
Produce reports for Monthly Project Reviews
Ensure quality, timely and costeffective delivery
Identification of Risks and Issues on projects and work with site delivery teams for resolutions
Ensure projects are handed over on time to client specification
Ensure projects are properly resourced.
Work alongside pre construction teams to effectively win work
Ensure the Highest Health and Safety Standards are maintained across all sites.
