    Communications Manager

    3 or 4 days per week

    12-month FTC

    Leading IP firm based in London

    Hybrid working

    We are delighted to be working with this leading IP firm based in the heart of London, who are looking for a talented, creative Communications Manager to join their existing team, on a 12-month contract basis to cover parental leave, on a part time basis (either 3 or 4 days per week).

    This Communications Manager role will take ownership of internal and external communications for the firm, working closely with the Partners, fee earners and wider business services teams to ensure the firm maintains its market leading position and adds insightful value to its clients.

    The remit of the Communications Manager role will include:

    • Working in close collaboration with fee earners and senior stakeholders to develop content for articles, sector reports, social media posts, client and internal newsletters, podcasts and brochures.
    • Ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all communications and platforms
    • Providing guidance on PR matters, writing and distributing press releases and assisting with identifying opportunities for profile raising
    • Managing relationships with external publications and suppliers
    • Horizon scanning and advising on industry trends and updates
    • Updating intranet content
    • Developing and delivering content writing training sessions for stakeholders
    • Managing the content calendar, advising stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and events
    • Working on a key project for the firm around updating website content and pages

    The successful candidate for this Communications Manager role will need:

    • Previous communications experience gained in a professional services environment
    • Experience of working on communications initiatives will multiple stakeholders
    • First class written and verbal communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
    • The ability to build strong working relationships
    • PR experience would be beneficial
    • Excellent MS Office skills
