- Developing and implementing personalized intervention plans in collaboration with service users, focusing on rehabilitation, reintegration, and risk reduction.
- Providing one-to-one support, mentoring, and advocacy to help individuals address underlying issues such as substance misuse, housing instability, employment barriers, and social exclusion.
- Facilitating group programs, workshops, and educational sessions covering topics such as anger management, conflict resolution, and life skills development.
- Liaising with criminal justice agencies, probation services, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate support and ensure continuity of care for service users.
- Monitoring compliance with court orders, license conditions, and other legal requirements, and providing regular progress reports to the appropriate authorities.
