    Role - Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
    Location- Midlands, Birmingham, Worcester, Coventry etc
    Salary- £40k-£45k + company van
    Your role as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician:

    As a Restaurant Technician, you will manage and deliver reactive and planned maintenance jobs, covering 17 sites across the Midlands.

    You will report to the Head of Property and Maintenance.

    The cornerstone of the role is to keep our restaurants in good operating order, whilst ensuring they also meet brand standards and all statutory legislation.

    Using our online maintenance portal you will manage and prioritise your workload to support our restaurants to deliver friendly, clean, accurate service, that is never slow while driving our conversion and profitability.

    We will need you to be well organised with excellent communication skills and have the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

    You will be enthusiastic, able to build trusting relations with our Restaurant teams and take pride in ensuring our restaurants are safe and productive spaces for our teams to work in and our guests to enjoy .

    Your duties and responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician:

    Completing all Multi Skilled maintenance of sites including basic plastering, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
    Basic electrical work
    Represent the company with excellent customer service
    To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:

    Multi-Skilled technician/maintenance background.
    Recognised electrical qualifications are essential.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.
    Hospitality industry experience desirable but not essential.
    Determination to keep our restaurants operating as effectively and efficiently as possible.
    Ability to prioritise your workload in an organised and agile manner.
    IT Literate - Able to use Excel and other bespoke software packages.
    Full clean driving license and willingness to travel to all the stores in the region as required.
