We are currently seeking an Administrator to work as part of a the People Services team, on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

You will provide an and efficient and effective administration service across the NG Bailey Group of companies, reporting into the People Services Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • To be the first point of contact for all Human Resource related queries.
  • To give advice and guidance on Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
  • To process change notifications for all areas of the employee life cycle, producing and issuing accurate letters and documents and ensuring that electronic files are maintained at all times.
  • To resolve queries and requests for information from Managers and employees whether received electronically or over the telephone, ensuring that relevant data protection checks are carried out.
  • To provide administrative support to the recruitment process including producing contracts of employment, reference requests and onboarding new starters.
  • Keeping the Company People system accurate and up to date
  • Reviewing ways of working and looking for efficiencies in our processing

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good administration, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience of working within a shared service environment (desirable).
