    ServiceNow Developer

    Location: Remote (75%) / Office (25%)

    Rate: £550 to £750 per day inside IR35

    Initial 6-month contract

    About the Role:

    As a ServiceNow Developer, you will collaborate closely with the Business Analyst, BI Developer, and Architects/Support Services to enhance the company's ServiceNow platform and associated reporting environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • and systemise the processes for remote access requests to Operational Technology within ServiceNow, incorporating recent process changes and stakeholder feedback.
    • a reporting dashboard to measure remote access transactions and achieve associated NIS indicators.
    • the NIS CMDB module into ServiceNow and streamline the process by aligning it with the NIS Changes Power App. Work on systemising data transfers into Maximo (asset management system).
    • the overall Digital monthly reporting covering both IT and OT to reduce manual effort. Enhance ServiceNow to integrate all reporting into Power BI Dashboards.

    Required Skills:

    • Accreditation, Vancouver+ with Sys Admin and Implementation Specialist accreditations.
    • in ITSM, including CMDB, Dashboards, and Notifications review.
    • with REST/SOAP Integrations.

    Desired Skills:

    • with OTSM, including OT CMDB, OT Incident, OT Change, and Problem.
    • of Reporting & Performance Analytics.
    • with Power BI integration and Data Lake Sync.
