JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contracts Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in passive fire protection projects. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking contracts manager to join projects across the Midlands.

For this role, the client is looking to take someone who is experienced within a contracts manager role, but would also be happy with someone who has worked on large scale projects and is looking for progression.

This contract will be on a permanent basis, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the passive fire protection across various jobs
• Liaising with end clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carrying out reviews with site staff
• Any other activities as directed

Requirements for the role

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Specialisation within passive fire protection
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• Own PPE – High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
