    This long standing architecture studio work predominately within large scale housing and are looking for a marketing and office assistant. You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for graphic design and outstanding presentation ability.

    You will work closely with the team of talented architects to help highlight the best of their work to build brand awareness. You will report to and be mentored by the practice manager and the directors, and will be assisting with all areas of

    marketing and business development, as well as stepping in to help with administration on an ad hoc basis.

    This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their marketing career.

    Please note, this studio works from the office 5 days a week but they are open to someone looking for part time hours.

    This is a 12 month maternity cover role with the possibility of it turning into a permanent opportunity.

    • Key responsibilities Producing impactful marketing material (brochures and presentations) for new business pitches and client meetings
    • Identifying award opportunities and preparing submissions
    • Generating content for the website, social media channels and newsletters
    • Managing the development and use of templates and policing the brand guidelines
    • Liaising with the PR consultant as well as the press and provide material for publication
    • Taking an active role in internal communications
    • Coordinating events: exhibitions, corporate hospitality, seminars etc
    • Updating and maintaining the project information database
    • Managing the image library and arrange photography of projects
    • Providing general support to the admin team, as well as the design team
    • Assist with administration on an ad hoc basis
    • Skills and Experience Previous marketing & communications experience within the architectural industry
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
    • Professional with a positive problem-solving attitude
    • Accomplished graphic designer with advanced InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience of Open Asset, Newforma and CMAP beneficial
