We Want To Hear From YOU

The successful Accounts Assistant duties include:

  • Prepare month end reports
  • Credit Control /Sales invoices
  • Updating customer accounts
  • High volume purchase invoices
  • Credit note approval
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Purchase Ledger duties ensuring invoices are kept at a minimum and coded correctly
  • Supplier statement queries
  • Audit control
  • Float checks / Petty Cash

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Finance Assistant MUST:

  • Have a Finance / Accounts background (ideally in Hotel/Hospitality)
  • Be able to work independently / standalone sometimes
  • Able to work effectively and to deadlines
  • Be computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctual
  • Organised
