This well-known brand are looking for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join the business in Liverpool. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the brand If you have Hotel / Hospitality Finance background -
We Want To Hear From YOU
The successful Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Prepare month end reports
- Credit Control /Sales invoices
- Updating customer accounts
- High volume purchase invoices
- Credit note approval
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase Ledger duties ensuring invoices are kept at a minimum and coded correctly
- Supplier statement queries
- Audit control
- Float checks / Petty Cash
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Finance Assistant MUST:
- Have a Finance / Accounts background (ideally in Hotel/Hospitality)
- Be able to work independently / standalone sometimes
- Able to work effectively and to deadlines
- Be computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Punctual
- Organised
