We are working with a prestigious education client, based in London to recruit to a permanent post of Employment Services Team Leader.

This role will report to our Head of HR Services, and will lead a small team of Advisors and Assistants.

You will be responsible for coaching, empowering and supporting this team, to provide excellent HR administrative services across the organisation.

As well as leadership qualities, you will also have an eye for detail and an ability to improve processes to maintain accuracy of information.

Along with these skills, you will have a strong customer service ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

This role would suit an ambitious HR senior Advisor, looking for broader managerial experience and ready to step up and lead a team.
