We are currently recruiting for a cutting-edge marketing provider who are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their fast-growing and dynamic marketing team as a Business Administrator Apprentice.


Key Responsibilities:

Business knowledge and understanding:

  • Responding to requests for help, support, and marketing challenges from internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of our business operations and processes.

Decision making and managing performance:

  • Working handson with clients to problem solve in real time.
  • Assisting senior members in managing the team and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Making informed decisions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Principles of business / Business systems and processes:

  • Spending time with the CEO, who is an expert in the principles of business, business systems, and processes.
  • Gaining practical knowledge of business operations through handson experience.

Project management:

  • Collaborating closely with the wider team to drive implementation and ensure timely and highquality deliverables.
  • Attending strategy calls with the Chief Marketing Officer and/or Senior Member Concierge, and taking responsibility for briefing tasks based on call content.
  • Assisting in the management of projects from concept to delivery.

Customer service and marketing support:

  • Helping lead the future of private practice hearing care by delivering firstclass customer service.
  • Taking ownership of tasks and marketing output to drive high performance.
  • Building and implementing processes to enhance marketing deliverables and drive efficiencies.
