As a Behaviour Analyst with Green Light's Positive Behaviour Support Team you will apply your behaviour analytic knowledge and skills to provide high quality Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to the individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour who are supported by Green Light, so they can experience outcomes that are meaningful to them, and enjoy a good quality of life.

Work dynamically with Green Light's team of Behaviour Analysts, senior team and Registered Managers as they lead their team to provide safe, effective, caring and responsive care and support Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments with individuals referred to Green Light's PBS team and develop PBS plans based on assessment findingsDesign and deliver training supporting implementation of PBS plansModel approaches with team to ensure fidelity of PBS plansMonitor and evaluate PBS plans against intended outcomesSupport, training and supervision of Associate Behaviour Analyst aUKBA (cert), Behaviour Technicians and their UK-SBA equivalent as these roles are introducedAttend and contribute to the regular PBS training workshops hosted by the PBS team and guest speakers Receive clinical supervision and support with continued professional development, conference attendance, etc.
