The role will support teams across the country, with travel to different sites, developing protection sales processes across the firm

Key responsibilities of the

Protection Development Manager:
Assisting in the development of training processes regarding protection sales
Deliver training to colleagues across the business, on a 121 and group setting
Supporting the Head of Development where required to upskill colleagues across the business, increasing productivity and commercial output across the firm
Key skills or background required for the

Protection Development Manager:
Strong communication skills, comfortable building and leading training and development plans for protection products
