We are looking for a
part-time
Human Resources Advisor to join our friendly team on a
temporary basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.


Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support with the day-to-day delivery of the Trust's HR function, providing outstanding HR advisory and administrative support to management, staff and volunteers.

You will also assist with the production and maintenance of HR policy and process and with internal projects, as needed.


To be successful, you will have hands-on experience of providing advice and operational support within a HR environment and have a good practical understanding of employment law and HR best practice within the workplace.

You will be a strong administrator who is IT proficient, with confidence in using HR and time management systems.


This is a
part time role of 24 hours split over 3/4 days per week,
based on site
at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes (MK3 6EB).

Hours of work will be during the normal business hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm.

The ability to flex working hours to accommodate some ad hoc evening/weekend working to support with socials/wellbeing initiatives, is required.

The salary is £21,760 per annum, based on £34,000pa FTE.

Our benefits include 33 days annual leave per year (including statutory holidays) pro rata, complementary entry pass allowance per year, a day's birthday leave (after 12 months service), company pension scheme, death-in-service, and healthcare cash-plan.
