Due to continued growth within our business, we are excited to be seeking a new Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in Scunthorpe

The Role:

You will work with businesses throughout Lincoln and surrounding areas with their recruitment needs and maintain strong and long lasting business relationships
As a Recruitment Consultant you will help to source new business leads with the Sales Team and then develop and deliver well thought out and relevant marketing strategies in order to gain appointments and make introductions of Red Recruitment.
Ensure all accompanying administration is complete and accurate and that the inhouse database is updated consistently with all communications and activity.
You will be ambitious, motivated and driven by exceeding your targets and delivering exceptional results.
Ideally, you will have recruitment experience and be confident in working within a fast pace and reactive environment however full training to become a Recruitment Consultant will be given.
A track record within sales and a target based environment is essential for this role
A team player who can work with initiative and tenacity to achieve results
Due to the nature of recruitment, you must be flexible and willing to go above and beyond expectations for our customers.
