Seasoned executives with significant operational experience, ideally from finance, commercial, ports, construction, and/or real estate backgrounds.

Have strong proven leadership skills and be able to demonstrate team leadership, motivation, coaching and the day-to-day management of an experienced Senior Leadership Team, including performance reviews and staff appraisals.

Demonstrate responsibility for delivering on a business plan and its objectives including the management of resources and costs.
Foster a dynamic management culture that encourages progress and expansion.
Manage assets strategically to boost operational efficacy.
Continually seek and evaluate commercial and strategic opportunities.
Regularly assess Senior Management's performance, fostering staff development and training.
Guide the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
