North London (with travel to sites)

Assist the Senior Estimator and manage the Estimating process to ensure high performance standards and timely completion.

Planning & Organization:
Efficiently plan and organize work to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Policy Adherence:
Follow company policies and procedures to support business operations.
Review jobs to enhance the bid process, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and generate competitive costings.

Risk Management:
Identify and account for tender risks while analysing lost tenders for improvements.

Data Management:
Utilize data spreadsheets and databases efficiently for accurate cost estimation.

Engage in learning opportunities, including site visits, and regularly communicate with the Senior team regarding workload and business targets.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Estimating experience within the Social Housing/Property Services sector at a Main Contractor.

Proficient use of Estimating Software and Microsoft Office, ability to prioritize and manage own workload, and excellent team player.
