    The Role

    Red Hall Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support our school and will primarily be based in upper Key Stage 2.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Classroom support;
    • One-to-one support;
    • Following guidance and advice from external agencies
    • Ensuring that the best outcomes are achieved for all of our pupils

    The successful candidate will:

    • Be self-motivated and dedicated to their role;
    • Have strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills;
    • Be flexible and willing to learn;
    • Have the ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children and staff.
    • Highly resilient
    • Ability to adapt
    • Experience of working with children with complex needs

    Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks). 8:30am – 3:30pm with half an hour unpaid lunch break.

    Salary: Grade 5, SCP 7-11

    Closing Date: Friday 3rd May at 9am
