Job Description
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Complex Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Paralegal to assist on catastrophic cases involving brain injury, spinal injury and amputation claims as well as on large loss cases valuing £Multimillion.
The ideal candidate will be have experience of the litigation process and have worked on Multi-track files as a minimum.
You will work as part of a team, supporting the Solicitors from receipt of papers investigating liability & quantum, drafting Court documents, reviewing complex disclosure to include medical & employment records, CCTV, Surveillance, consider offers and future losses and making appropriate settlements.
There will be ongoing training and development with excellent progression opportunities
