We are seeking individuals to join the Faculty of Social Sciences Graduate School Team in delivering excellent support to doctoral students and supervisors across the Faculty.

We are looking to appoint a Postgraduate Research Support Officer to work alongside the Graduate School Management Team to support the administration of the Graduate School in relation to scholarships, a Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT), updating web pages, event/training/meetings administrative support, including booking rooms, catering and IT requirements, raising purchase orders, e.g.

order stationery etc, using university SAP system.

You will also provide administrative support to departments within the Faculty of Social Sciences.

You will be the first point of contact for all aspects of the postgraduate research student life cycle, providing professional and knowledgeable support to PGR students and academic staff who supervise postgraduate research programmes.

This post is open ended, full time

35 hour per week.
