Job Description
I am currently looking to speak with an experienced Instrument Engineer who will be part of a team to support ongoing projects and operational support across sites in the UK from their home base near Sheffield on a hybrid basis.

The client is a leading chemical company for the energy and chemicals sector who are involved in new energy projects such as hydrogen.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering projects from front-end design through to construction and commissioning,
Support existing assets throughout our UK & Ireland sites by carrying out problem-solving activities, audit processes and resourcing plant shutdowns
Involved in functional safety lifecycle of installed systems from the design stage to de-commissioning
As somebody who is safety conscious, you will ensure compliance to the appropriate legislative standards related to instrumentation including functional safety and explosive atmospheres
Travel to our sites may be required but there is flexibility,
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Engineering/ Apprenticeship / HND
Oil & Gas / Chemical / Refinery / Petrochemical or COMAH Industry experience
