Admissions and Retail Assistant

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;

  • Being the first point of contact for customers coming into Murton Park. This will mean selling
tickets through our ticketing system and running the shop

  • Increasing sales of annual passes through friendly service and conversation
  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service
  • Helping the events team on site as and when needed
  • To assist other site duties where needed
  • Ensuring museum areas are visitor readyWeekend job share role days and hours to be considered
  • A warm and engaging personality
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

Rate of pay:
£10.50 /hr

Age: 18+

Benefits include free parking onsite and discounted food in the café.
