Admissions and Retail Assistant

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;

Being the first point of contact for customers coming into Murton Park. This will mean selling

tickets through our ticketing system and running the shop

Increasing sales of annual passes through friendly service and conversation
Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service
Helping the events team on site as and when needed
To assist other site duties where needed
Ensuring museum areas are visitor readyWeekend job share role days and hours to be considered
A warm and engaging personality
Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
Resilience and ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

Rate of pay:
£10.50 /hr

Age: 18+

Benefits include free parking onsite and discounted food in the café.
