- Led a team of BI visualisation experts helping them deliver high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and reports
- Design and deliver a great portfolio of dashboards across multiple analytics product lines in Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborating with client design partners and internal industry experts to drive innovative use cases, providing feedback, and optimising visualisation
- Establish best practices and standards for BI visualisation development and ensure adherence to them
- Work with the architects and ETL developers to optimise visualisation performance and architecture
- Expert skills within visualisation, Tableau and Power BI
- Experience leading, mentoring or managing a small team of more junior individuals
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Experience using Snowflake, or another cloud platform
- Strong analytical skills: understanding data and the mathematical skills to extract insight
