    Analytics Manager

    Hybrid (3 days in the office)

    MBN Solutions are working with a global Gaming company to help them bring on board a talented and motivated Analytics Manager to lead their Analytics team.     The role is responsible for leading and mentoring the analysts in the analytics team and delivering user anayltics performance reporting & analysis for their portfolio of games. The UA analytics team collaborates with teams across the business to optimise user acquisition campaigns, maximize ROI and contribute to the overall growth of the company. It's an opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, data engineering, marketing, and business strategy.

    The Job:

    • Manage and develop a team of analysts and data scientists
    • Oversee the production of all UA reporting and analysis:
    • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders
    • Utilise advanced analytics tools and techniques to analyse large datasets related to user acquisition
    • Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic marketing decisions
    • Data Governance and Quality:
    • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing and maintaining data governance best practices.
    • work with relevant teams to resolve data quality issues and improve overall data integrity.
    • Help the user Acquisition and Product teams execute the growth strategy for each of our titles:
    • Work closely with the User Acquisition team to optimise digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments to enhance performance
    • Lead and drive forward UA data projects, ensuring the team continues to adapt to the changing performance marketing environment
    • Work closely with the User Acquisition, Product, Data Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure the UA analytics team is adapting to the business needs

    The Person

    • Managerial experience with a proven track record of developing team members
    • Proven experience in mobile analytics, with a focus on user acquisition or digital marketing analytics
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and experience with analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Domo, Tableau etc.).
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven decision-making
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science)
