The ONE Group are thrilled to be partnering with a multi-site FMCG business based in Nottingham, who have a sizeable market share.

Following a recent acquisition and the growth plan they have in place for the coming years, they are looking to appoint a operationallyfocused Management Accountant.

This role would see you working closely with the operations team whilst building close relationships with a number of senior stakeholders across all UK sites, providing you with fantastic exposure to the wider business.

You will report into a commercially focused Finance Manager who comes with a wealth of experience in the FMCG sector and is highly fought of amongst their peers.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Analysing and reporting of costs
Identifying costs and benefits
Business partnering whilst providing financial insight and intelligence to senior management
Profit & loss reporting
Year end processes
Management of an Assistant Management Accountant
Balance sheet recs
Supporting with the budgeting and forecasts
Ensure that reporting & control systems are reviewed.

To be successful for the role, you should be at least part qualified, or actively studying.

You will display advanced Excel skills and have a curious personality, whilst at the heart of everything be ambitious to achieve personal and business growth.

FMCGexperience would be an advantageous.

This role will see you working on a full time, permanent basis with a hybrid pattern of 2 days a week working from home and the rest on site.

For the above, this roles offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000, depending on experience. You will be occasionally requiredto travel between different sites with all expenses paid for.
