We are currently recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator within Rail Administration Darlington on a permanent basis.


The role


As Senior Pension Administrator, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality pension administration services to clients, trustees and members.

You will support colleagues to meet stakeholder needs by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately to enable pensions to be calculated and paid correctly, whilst ensuring the overall customer experience is positive.


The Person


As Senior Pension Administrator, you will have the ability to effectively communicate is essential with the customer experience being at the forefront of your mind.

You will have the tenacity to problem solve, with a key eye for detail.

You will act as a mentor to the rest of team, sharing your knowledge and best practice to ensure all work completed is to the required standard minimising errors or omissions, which could lead to member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
