Lead urban design and masterplanning projects from conceptual design to implementation.
Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders, including local authorities and government bodies.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and research to inform design decisions and project recommendations.
Work closely with planners, architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate urban design principles.
Prepare and present design proposals, Design & Access Statements.
Degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban design, or Landscape Architecture.

Min 3 years work experience in urban design/master planningKnowledge of RIBA design stages and public sector planning process stages for new development.

An up-to-date knowledge of current urban design, architecture and placemaking, practices, especially in relation to the climate emergency.

Strong design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative SuiteSkilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
