    Senior Surveyor/Associate Director - Hotel Valuations

    Location - London

    CBRE are looking to hire a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level professionalto join our Hotel Valuation team based in London.

    CBRE Hotels is one of the largest specialist hotels teams in Europeand are dedicated industry experts with an in-depth knowledge of both the operational and commercial aspects of hotel markets.The team comprises approximately 85 people based 9 offices across EMEA, where London make up the largest team with 45 personnel in the West End. We provide a full service offer to clients and investors with business lines covering Valuation, Brokerage, Feasibility Studies, Operator Selection and Asset Management.

    This is a key role that will help usto deliver on our aspirations to maintain a market leading position and to really focus on efficiency of our systems and training to drive profitability.

    This is also a great opportunity to work with some of the leading clients in the industry, and lead on single asset valuations as well as portfolio instructions, across the UK and Europe.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage valuation instructions in a timely manner and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Main point of contact for key clients
  • Business development responsibilities
  • Team management and development

    • Person Specification:

  • MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer
  • Previous experience in a Valuation role is essential
  • Hotel Valuation or Fund Valuation experience desired
  • Good understanding of Red Book reporting requirements
  • Strong report writing capabilities and good attention to detail
  • Ability to travel within the UK and Europe (when required)
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team collaborator
