Rate of Pay £10.48 per hour. PLUS £73.89 per sleep in shift?on top of your hourly rate. Mileage paid at 45p per mile and travel time during working hours paid.?

Location and Job Details Permanent, full time and part time posts available in Rugby

Requirements:

No experience is necessary as we are looking for the people with the right values and attitudes, with a willingness to learn. We believe the right attitude and approach are more important, and full training will be provided including the opportunity tocomplete a Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care.
The role requires applicants to have a full driving licence and access to a car which is insured for business use as you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different customers both in their own home and out in the local community.
We provide 24/7 support to customers, so staff work flexible shifts on a rota system which does include working SOME weekends and Bank Holidays.
We provide overnight sleep in support to some of our customers from 10pm to 7am.
