Description
We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner. The role will be based within a Local Authority in Liverpool, with a strong, supportive, diverse team. This role is Hybrid with flexibility, training will be given in your first few weeks.

HR Business Partner


LOCATION:
Liverpool


CONTRACT:
6 months


RATE:
£22-£27ph (umbrella)


WORKING PATTERN:
Hybrid


The Role Advice and guidance on a full range of organisational matters including transformation, employment law, policy implementation, disciplinary and grievance handling, trade union negotiations and dispute resolution.


  • Good Understanding of the Council's strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analysis, and organisational agility to guide decision making.
The Person-.

  • Having a wide range of specialist technical experience in dealing with service reviews and restructures in a large, unionised organisation
- kept up to date with the relevant regulations, policy and legislation relating to this area of expertise.

  • Being Organised, Reliable and can manage own workload.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
