We are looking for aPursuits and Strategy Lead to work within our Office Leasing and Occupier Teams across the UK.

Role Purpose

This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract but with potential to become permanent.

The role is new to JLL and sits within our Office Agency business reporting to the COO. The role is focused on our strategic opportunities and isan opportunity to lead and growclient relationships within a dynamic and market leading team that specialises in supporting Landlords and Occupiers of Commercial space. Bringing a strategic and client centric mindset you will ensure that we bring the best of JLL's skills to these opportunities, connecting services, skills and teams andproviding excellence in our response to any transactional proposals.

What this job involves

The team specialises in providing bespoke consultancy to its clients to assist in the formulation of their property strategies and execution of the identified required property transactions. The team's transactions include predominantly search and acquisition services for existing facilities and pre-lets. This person will have a strong background in stakeholdermanagement, experience of pursuit development, client management and have a strategic mindset in the approach to engaging and delivering for clients.

This role will coordinate future opportunities for the Office Agency business across the UK working with our senior management and internal teams to qualify opportunities, manage the pipeline and build lasting relationships with our clients and build the best teams for client opportunities.

The successful candidate will havedirect experience of leading bids and proposals, be able to work with senior stakeholders and be capable of thinking strategically. An exceptional experience in successfully pitching is essential. Market knowledge of the Commercial sector and of key market landlords and occupiers will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, collaborative, client and results focused and be comfortable challenging approaches to drive excellence.

Business development experience while of value is not directly required for this role.
