    Our platform has approximately 1000 fulfiller users supporting 40,000 Client end users through 15 Portals and is continually evolving through the adoption of increased ITSM and CSM (TPSM) functionality.

    Our busy and growing internal ServiceNow team work with both internal stakeholders and Clients and are central to the continuing success of our organisation.


    Position Overview:
    As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimising our use of the ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ITSM and CSM processes.

    This senior role will work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers to ensure that the design and execution of ServiceNow configuration and development work is properly prioritised and delivered to timelines agreed with stakeholders.


    Responsibilities:
    In this role you can expect to be a a liaison between the business and the ServiceNow team.

    Some additional specific duties you will be involved with include:

    Capturing business and user requirements (as stories)
    Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
    Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
    Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
    Work with the ServiceNow team to develop release estimates
    Support the testing process
    Work with stakeholders to drive adoption
    Work with the Product Owner team on the platform continual improvement plan, articulating technical challenges and opportunities
    Work with the demand management team on surfacing new requirements, ideas and issues from users and stakeholders Qualifications & Experience:
    The right candidate for this role will have:
    A strong background as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow technology
    Experience working in a cross-functional environment partnering with internal and external customers for requirements gathering, analysis and business process definition, documentation and driving business acceptance signoff In order to have the technical capability for this role you will also need to have had some exposure to some ( not all) of the following certifications:
    Fundamentals (ITSM and CSM)
    Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM and CSM)
