Job Description: As the Temporary Stadium Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within our stadium facilities. You will lead a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently met. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, leadership, and strong organizational skills to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of food production, including menu planning, preparation, and execution, to meet customer demands and dietary requirements.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food hygiene practices at all times.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering services as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably within the hospitality or sports industry.
• Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of current food trends, techniques, and best practices in the culinary industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
