    ABOUT THE JOB

    My client is a fast-moving fashion brand house dealing with household names. This role presents the opportunity to join a team at a key period of growth. They are looking for an ecommerce executive to assist the trading manager in driving multi-brand growth that will continue to push the business forward.

    Once the candidate has joined and established themselves they will be given the opportunity to grow their own team and become part of the management team.

    ROLE SNAPSHOT

    Working as part of the eCommerce team, you work closely with the Trading Manager to generate a digital retail strategy that focuses on delivering long term growth while taking ownership of the daily trading of the web stores. Based in the desirable Ancoats area.

    You will be responsible for the on-site experience and developing the customer journey through merchandising across both sites, making sure that all content is correct and SEO friendly as well as having ownership of on-site recommendations and optimising their placement on the website. You'll work closely with other internal teams to deliver campaigns to drive footfall to the website. This includes helping manage the social media accounts and working with the Ads Manager and Trading Manager to improve our CRM strategy.

    Finally, there will be an analytical side of the role where you will constantly review website performance and functionality and analyse customer behaviour and report your findings and recommendations for improvements to the Trading Manager.

    EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    ·At least 2 years' experience in an ecommerce or online merchandising related role

    ·Experience using analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Glew, PowerBi

    ·Experience working on social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc

    ·Experience working with CRM software e.g. Klayvio, Hubspot, Salesforce etc

    ·Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    ·Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and adapt

    ·An eye for detail and a natural problem solver

    ·Shopify experience desirable, but not required
