Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Central London
Since their inception in 2017 our client has grown 3 respectable teams within Cybersecurity, Salesforce, and ERP - they have opened up offices in London, Germany and the US

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - the Opportunity:

£25k salary + uncapped commission (up to 40%)
Year 1

OTE:
£40k

High performing, growing team average billing £300k
Personally tailored 8week module training and an inoffice learning and development team to help you daily Training goes all the way up to director level & awardwinning management training structure.
Flexibility after probation (WFH Wednesdays)
Opportunity to relocate to the US or Germany.
No KPIs

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Ideal Profile:

We want to continue the growth of our diverse team and are open to a range of backgrounds, whether you went to university or didn't or have sales experience or not
we still want to speak with you

- _Preferred: _2:1 or above from top university
- _Preferred:_ B2B sales experience - e.g., door2door / estate agency etc.

Personality is a must we are a group of fun, confident, social and highly energetic individuals, we are looking for bubbly, charismatic and outgoing characters
Competitive sport experience team sports ideal or played up to a high level
Must understand what recruitment is and be aware of what the role entails
Life experience, travelled, always worked, partaken in sport or extra circular etc.
Someone who has the right drivers, motivations and resilience to do a career within sales and throw themselves into it
