SENIOR ASSET MANAGEMENT OFFICER -REF: RT01623

Within our Corporate Landlord structure
Fulltime, permanent

- £40,478 - £45,495 plus market supplement of £4,505 (reviewable after 24-months).

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced asset management or property management surveyor within our Asset Management Team.

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual who has the relevant experience and skills to meet the challenges required for this post.

You should have significant experience of successfully managing and delivering a property portfolio in relation to valuation, disposal and acquisition as well as the ability to work well within a team environment as well as in isolation on certain projects.

A Degree and Post Graduate Qualification in Property Management or equivalent is required, as is Chartered Membership of RICS.
